Destin\u00e9 aux <strong>coll\u00e9giens et lyc\u00e9ens<\/strong> de Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise, ce guide vise \u00e0 <strong>aider les adolescents \u00e0 mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de leur cerveau en pleine transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectif : Apprendre \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ses \u00e9motions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cerveau adolescent est particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9actif aux \u00e9motions, au stress et au besoin de reconnaissance.
